Ayushman Card Hospital List is an independent hospital directory. We are not the National Health Authority (NHA), a government agency, an insurer or a healthcare provider. We do not issue Ayushman cards, determine eligibility, arrange admission or collect payments for PM-JAY services.
What we help you do
Find hospitals by name and location, compare source evidence and dates, and prepare questions for a hospital’s Ayushman desk. Each record links back to its source so you can check the evidence yourself.
Coverage is partial
The imported catalog covers selected official state and union territory hospital lists. An empty location does not mean no empanelled hospital exists there. Our sources and coverage page shows the available evidence. National coverage is still being developed.
Our responsibility
We distinguish a hospital appearing in a source from confirmation of its current status. We retain evidence history, show missing information honestly and accept corrections for review. Read our editorial policy or contact the publisher.
