What our hospital data can tell you

A live audit of this directory’s imported records, with practical guidance on what remains unverified.

A missing contact or source date means the information was not supplied in the imported record. It does not establish that a hospital has closed or left the scheme.

How to interpret a hospital record

  1. Match the facility, not just the name. Compare the source facility ID, district, branch address and contact. Similar names may describe different branches; different ID formats are preserved rather than forced into one format.
  2. Read status before making a shortlist. “Listed in source” describes an observation. De-empanelled, suspended and blacklisted evidence is retained for transparency but excluded from default discovery. Missing rows do not establish delisting.
  3. Separate the dates. A source date describes the list’s stated date. Retrieval tells you when it was captured; import tells you when it entered this directory. None of these is a confirmation of today’s appointment or eligibility.
  4. Check the exact treatment separately. A hospital listing or specialty code does not prove that your procedure is approved there. Ask the Ayushman desk for the package name, code and authorization requirements.

What we publish and maintain

Every retained record stays available through directory search. A populated address and phone number make an imported record useful for search; they do not turn it into an original article. Standalone profiles enter our sitemap only when they also have individually researched branch references: institution-published contact roles, linked primary evidence and a specific explanation of the next check. Imported-only profiles remain accessible from search and comparison, with noindex and no advertising until this editorial review is complete. This is our editorial standard, not a Google approval rule.

Treatment-location pages enter the sitemap only when accepted hospital-specific package evidence exists. We preserve evidence and flag conflicts for review; we do not invent missing details, ratings or treatment availability. The source log shows the underlying lists and coverage limits.

Standalone location-page quality

These checks run against the catalog used to render this page. They cover every state, district and supplied locality in default discovery. Indexing eligibility is an editorial decision, not an assurance of Google indexing or AdSense approval.

A state or district needs two records with complete practical fields, or at least three source-dated records with usable contacts or addresses. A locality also needs two records with practical details and a selection different from its district. Other lists remain usable but do not enter our sitemap or carry ads. These are our own content standards.

0 specialty list pages meet the additional rule: an explained source-supplied label, at least three discovery records and one useful profile. Unmapped codes remain source facts rather than promises about treatments.

Hospital access references reviewed individually

These profiles include institution-published contacts labelled by purpose and practical visit references. This access-information review is separate from current PM-JAY status and treatment-package verification.

We preserve the original PM-JAY-list numbers and their source dates alongside the supplementary information. A later contact-page retrieval does not replace the hospital’s scheme-status date.
