Rules for any future advertising
Advertisements must be clearly labelled “Advertisement” and visually separate from hospital listings, filters, contact buttons and official-source links. They must not imitate a hospital result, government notice, download button or eligibility checker.
Ads must not obstruct access to records or encourage accidental clicks. We will not ask visitors to click ads to support the site, offer rewards for ad interaction or buy artificial traffic. Advertising must not outweigh the useful content on a page.
Health information and independence
Patient information, contact messages and inferred health conditions must not be used for personalized ad targeting. Ads do not establish hospital status or imply endorsement by this directory, NHA or a government agency. Paid placement cannot alter our source evidence.
Privacy before activation
