The listed institute and a similarly named combined hospital can have different IDs. Compare the exact facility ID and address rather than choosing by name alone.

Check the proposed treatment separately

For knee replacement, ask for the exact procedure, implant arrangements and package code. For dialysis, ask about the prescribed service, session scheduling and authorization. For cataract surgery, confirm the proposed procedure, lens and follow-up. For cancer care, use the treatment plan to ask about each service, medicine or cycle.
